I'd divide his grain into twice a day and increase his hay/alfalfa. I'd also get him some stall toys or stall treats and put a Jolly Ball in his pasture to keep him occupied. Exercise him and lunge him frequently, as much as possible. He is stressed from the move and the restriction of space... Keeping him entertained with toys and licks will help him keep calm and entertained when you aren't there to walk, exercise, and ride him. If he doesn't calm within a month ask your vet what feed he would recommend and what calming supplements he would recommend.
