Can i switch the 386D intergrated circuit for an LM386 integrated circuit?

i am building a circuit called Gambler. i can not fine the 386D chip anywhere can i switch it for the LM386. i will post a link to the circuit below. it is a little more than half way down on the page. it would be awesome if it could but if it cant can you post a different ic that can.
