I was sleeping something weird happend.?

When i was young like 4 years old, a few times i would have these freaky dreams, not dreams of anything evil just random crazy dreams and then suddenly i could see my body in bed, and then i would just freeze i couldn't breathe or move i would try to call for help but i couldn't say anything, and then it stopped for a few years till i got 11, it happened once when i was 11, i was sleeping with my mom and then i saw her she looked like the grudge, so her body didn't turn around but her head did, and i was so scared i couldn't get away or move or scream. and then now im 17 and yesterday i had a dream about my friend, we were hanging and then she turned evil and her face got darker and i was in my bed and she came towards my face, looks like she was trying to suck my face, and then i was so scared she looked so scary and dark i couldn't breathe or move, at first i was like wake up megan wake up I was trying so hard to scream for help but few min later i woke up, and didn't go back to sleep! What is this?
