Could I Be Pregnant...?? Plz Help Me!!?

my last period wasnt really a period it was red for one day and therest was a brown discharge ... this has never happend to me the day after my period ended i went to the gyno and took a urine test and it came back negative but the last said i needed to take a blood test what do you think the resuklts will be for the past two weeks i have been crazy nauseas only threw up three times though i cant sleep i have cramps and now two days after my period i have very little borwn spotting i get the rsults and a pap smear tomorrow but im so nervous i just cant wait plz help m ;(
