Why are Pacquiao's businesses the simplistic kind?

He's got a few water refilling stations, a convenience store, a boutique store that doesn't really feel high end, manggahan, etc. I mean, with all his money he could have bought some proper companies and make even more money. His wealth is in danger of disappearing since he's quite the gambler.
