I have so many Incomplete stories...Wanna complete it now can any1 solve?

I always meet a gal in collage then xchange numbers lil chat on Fbk n then few senty mobile sms for a week mixed up with lil flirty txt. Then after 2-3 weeks everything is normal again and the heat created between us in past few days cools down. This has happend wid more than 10 gals to me. How do I make the move after my initial step. I mean what shud and one more imp fact how do I make my move? What kind of and where for date do I ask and 1 more thing shud I introduce myself completely Single ? or that I had break up recently ? Or that I am in relation and its not working well betwen my current Gf. I wanna know in all this cases what impact do I make upon a gals mind? Known as a person dating a pretty will this attract indirectly the new gal I start chatting or shud I introduce myself pure Single?
