My dad stole ALL my money hes a gambler!?

i'm 14 and i had this piggy bank for my college, he stole from me like 6 time and i am sick of it, and i tell my mom but she doesn't do anything. and he takes my money to GAMBLE!! HES" ADDICTED< AND SOMETIMES MY MOM EVEN GOES WITH HIM! he stole my real gold nechlace and sold it to the pond. and i had alot of money in that thing! like probably 10,000 i'm not joking. i have a big family and when the give my money for birthday, it's alot. what should i do!
