The neighborhood kids and dogs are harassing my goats,?

We have seven diary goats in a big pasture and neighbor kids will run them and we think shoot them with B.B. guns.This is not to mention feral dogs that have killed one and put another under the care of a veterinarian! I have not ben able to get in close enough range to kil them with a shotgun and my eyes are so bad I cannot hit them with a high powered rifle ( 30-06). The police do nothing except recommend sue them.These goats are producing a big part of my livelihood so what can I do?
