Teen girls:why wont he talk to me anymore?:/?

Hes my good friend hes 17 and im 13 we both met through facebook some of our friends now eachother so were not completely strangers.so basically what happend was I was having a kickback and was gonna smoke out all of my friends and I told him but he didnt smoke then like 2 days after he told me he tried it and wanted me to smoke him out and my guy friends were saying to not do it cause he can rape me and stuff and one of my guy friends decided he was gonna go with me just watching out for me but then the 16 year old was getting crossfaded and told me "i love you babe im about to **** some bitches tonight"and he did **** some chick.and then he said I was his girl so I told him"shuddup ur just saying that cause ur drunk but whatever.and we havnt talked.he doesnt like me he had a gf at the time.but I miss talking to him he would always tell me"your beautiful I now your to young for me".do any of you girls have an idea why he wont talk to me?i now im to young to talk to him but still hes my buddie.
