How do professional gamblers make a living if casinos kick them out?

If they keep winning fair and square, eventually they'll get kicked out, right? I hear this happens at sports books, too. If you bring out more money than you bring in every time, eventually they'll catch on to you, then not let you play anymore. At least, that's what I keep hearing. Then how do some people make a living just off gambling?
