How tf do get out of the d-leauge in NBA 2k10?

Ok so I know this game us old but this is what happened" I play in the summer cuircut don't do good so I get sent to d-leauge, after like 10 games I get signed to the cavs and play a whole a season and get swepped in the finals, I go to the d-leauge again and played. Whole season, and nothing happend, I average 35 PPG and an A+ my rating is 80 , how do I get out??!!
