I keep having nightmares about the same thing ?

Every two weeks about, i have a nightmare about my dance recital. Which happend on may 21st. And when i have the nightmare its always the about the same dance, which is our tap dance. One time in the dream we all went on stage and forgot all of our moves and steps, and we looked awful. Last night it was completely different and kind of scared me. I had forgot my coustume at home, and my tap shoes. I was scrambeling around to borrow someones tap shoes because my dance teacher said i could go on without the coustume. I found someones tap shoes but by the time they were on and i was running down the hall too go on stage my group was coming off the stage from being done with there preformance. I started balling my eyes out. and im 89% positive i woke up crying from it. i just want to know what it symbolizes. and what it means?
