I need to do volunteer work and get a job?

I'm a 14 yr old girl and I'm a feshman. I need to get 40 hrs of community service work done for school and I'd also like to get a paying job. I can work in Arlington, Boston, gamblers, lexington, or Burlington MA. I would like to work with either animals or waitressing/ cashier. I've looked at so many job searching websites it's annoying. So do you know of any good websites or place to wok that are close to these towns? Do you like it and how is the pay
