If you lose money on an online poker site, can you dispute the charges since no site tells you it's illegal in?

This site is full of bots and I know its rigged because everyone is using softwares for sure! Cuz ever since Ive been playing webcam poker my odds have changed…maybe cuz im playing real poker against real live players on pokerview. Sick of these bot sites!
