URGENT ! cat has brought in 2 baby birds?

Aww sorry there but the bird seems like it really has no chance. Once you touch it, its mama will sense the human on it and reject it. I would take it to an animal facility where they take animals and nurse them until they can be released into the wild. Good luck! (:O
