Why did my hair turned into this color?

2 years ago i used to have red hair i decided to dye it black because of my damaged hair. A month ago i dyed my bangs blonde but only my roots became dark blonde. 3 days ago i bought a product called "color oops" to remove my black hair dye i used 3 bottles of the product. My hair turned into a light red brownish color i was okay with it. that same day i bought 2 boxes of an intense red hair color for african american girls its called "HI REZ" the box said that if you had dark hair you will get a bright red so i was like hmmm since i have light red brownish hair from the color oops remover my hair will turn into a really bright red but it didnt!!!!! my hair turned into black hair again! only the roots of my bangs that i dyed blonde are really red. i wanna know what happend???
